Big yes! Everyone here at 1Clean is insured and bonded. We believe that it is a privilege to be in your home, so we’ll treat it as it’s ours. We love your home the same as you do, so we’ll always be careful during the cleaning. How much does it cost for cleaning my home?

1Clean pricing is based on the size of your home, and the desired type of cleaning service. We have 3 types of Home Cleaning, including Basic Cleaning, Standard Cleaning and Deep / End Of Lease Cleaning. To save you from paying extra services that you don’t need, we have implemented flat rate basis given on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and all the required extras and add-ons.

 

Can I get cleaner by hourly rate?

Yes of course, we offer cleaning services based on hourly rate. You can hire an HOURLY cleaner by a specific request, we can provide you the best rates starting from $40 per hour.

 

What does a Deep Clean / End of Lease cleaning include?

Our Deep Clean / End Of Lease Cleaning includes comprehensive bottom-to-top cleaning. Deep Clean is recommended if you don’t have your home cleaned professionally in the past 3 months, we’ll make sure that literarily every corner is covered. On top of that, we are using 100 points checklist which will give us a better look on the quality of our service.

*Please note that it Deep Clean / End Of Lease cleaning doesn’t include cleaning inside oven, baseboards, inside fridge, interior walls and cabinets. You can get all of this at reasonable price, making sure that we’ll send you a cleaner specified for this type of cleaning with the right equipment.

 

What is End Of Lease Cleaning / Moving In/Out Cleaning?

On every moving in or out, the previous or the future residents should find the place at it’s best light. We understand that packing boxes, moving furniture, preparations can be tough, it’s extremely energy and time consuming. With our moving in/out cleaning options you can be sure that your home will be 100% prepared to move in. If you are moving out we can help you get 100% of your BOND back.

 

*Please note that it Moving IN/Out Cleaning / End Of Lease cleaning doesn’t include cleaning inside oven, baseboards, inside fridge, interior walls and cabinets. You can get all of this at reasonable price, making sure that we’ll send you a cleaner specified for this type of cleaning with the right equipment.

What do 1Clean Cleaners bring to get the job done?

We’ll bring all necessary cleaning products to give your home an excellent clean, except vacuum (unless requested), mop, bucket or step stool/ladder. If you’d like our cleaners to use specific product, please let us know before, and leave it on open space so our cleaner can find it and use it.

 

What if you don’t have a vacuum cleaner?

It’s not a big deal, simply notify us before the scheduled appointment to bring our own.

*Please note, that we don’t use large vacuum cleaners, due to mobility and travel difficulties of our cleaners.

 

What if I don’t have a mop?

We always bring a mobile wet/dry mop, used for all non-carpeted areas.

 

Do you use green (environment friendly) products?

We have options available that do 100% Green Cleaning. Simply notify us, and we’ll arrange it for you. Note that this option requires more flexibility with the time.

How much does it cost for cleaning my home?

What payment  methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. However we no longer have option to pay with cash or checks. As an alternative, you can choose an online payment which is processed by 256-bit cloud based encryption, through SSL powered link. This guarantees 100% security of your information including: Personal information, bank details, address and all information that you have provided on any of our domains. *.1clean.com.au uses Letsencrypt certification, if you want to read more follow this link.

 

How do I edit my billing information?

To change/edit your information, use My Account and find Billing Details section. Follow the “edit” button and change your details. Also you can contact us anytime on billing@1clean.com.au, Live Chat, or 1300 00 00 00.

 

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Our Cancellation policy allows you to cancel your cleaning service without paying penalties if you do a cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning. There will be reasonable $60 cancellation penalty in you cancel or reschedule your cleaning less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
